Q. Why isn’t the handle longer?

A. The handle is designed to hang without touching the ground when not in use. This prevents it from becoming a tripping hazard, as well as allowing free motion of the cart when the handle is not being used. Ergonomics testing determined that the seat is of the most user friendly height for the average person. This determined the handle length to allow proper ground clearance when stored.

Q. What is the cart made of?

A. The PailPal is manufactured from High Density Poly Ethylene (HDPE) plastic. It is molded out of a low pressure molding system that is very robust. This makes this cart a non-corrosive/non-conductive product.

Q. Why aren’t the casters larger?

A. After surveys of similar products we found that the casters chosen are larger than most products designed for the same target market. The softer casters damper noise, while still retaining the rigid integrity of the wheels. We believe that these casters are a good compromise between stability and ease of use.

Q. Can other colors for the rubber mat on the seat be purchased?

A. At present, our standard color is solid grey. Solid black rubber and aluminum diamond plate options are available on our accessories page. Custom colors and designs may be available for larger volume orders.
